Design

Let’s start with Google’s design I’m certainly not a fan of big phones but the skinny curvy finish of the pixel 7 Pro means that it is comfortable to grab. It doesn’t look like any ridiculous flat Phone style engine.

  • 1500nits of peak brightness

  • Wireless charging of 23W
  • Supports reverse wireless charging

Cons

  • A bit heavy in weight(212 grams)

  • 30W of Fast Charging is not suitable in this price range
  • Heating issues during Gaming

There are a few problems with the look and feel of the pixel 7 Pro, one of them is that the black model is an absolute grease magnet. It picks up fingerprints and stuff so easily to the point.

Apple iPhone 14 Pro max Review | Specifications and Pros and Cons

Google Pixel 7 Pro is big and heavy and very slippery indeed somehow I’ve managed to avoid dropping it thus far which has helped Along with the big old camera bump up top which poops quite a handy little finger rest right there that also helps to prevent the pixel 7 Pro from sliding off.

Google pixel 7 pro , pros and cons

Display

Google Pixel 7 pro launched with an LTPO AMOLED screen with 6.7 inches of Screen size. The display supports a 120 Hz of refresh rate and HD10+. The display provides you a peak brightness of 1500nits which is very helpful when you are using your phone in daylight environments. The colors look stunning and vibrant.

Google Pixel provides you with a larger Quad HD panel on the pro. I’m not actually bothered by the resolution,1080p is plenty the only thing that I don’t love about the base model is the new simply thicker chin at the bottom.

Chipset and Performance

Google Pixel 7 and 7 Pro are the first phones to be powered by Google’s second-generation tensor chip that’s a big upgrade but doesn’t mention by anyone how powerful it is. The geekbench score on the pixel 7s, you can see that tensor Gen 2 is actually very much neck and neck with Samsung’s s22 Ultra.

CPU performance is impressive for two reasons one is that speed was a serious limiting factor last time and they seemed to have fixed it and the second is that you’re getting this top-level performance not just on the 899$ pixel 7 Pro but also on the 599$ pixel 7

I run the Antutu Benchmark, which shows us that the GPU within the pixels is about five percent behind Samsung S22 Ultra. If you’re a serious mobile gamer then you’ll still get better performance on a proper gaming phone but at the same time, it is a massive relief that we finally got enough power that it doesn’t feel compromised you can still pull up even the most heavyweight games Android has to offer, like Apex Legends Genji and impact and pretty much.

Cameras

Let’s talk about these cameras. Google Pixel 7 Pro launched with a triple camera setup. The main camera is 50 MP, with a 1.9 focal length and 25mm wide. It supports autofocus and optical image stabilization. The google pixel 7 pro also provides a telephoto camera of 48 MP. It can provide you with an optical zoom of 5x and also supports optical image stabilization and autofocus. It is 120mm wide.

The device also has an ultrawide camera of 12MP. It can shoot ultrawide photos and videos up to an angle of 126Ëš. It also comes with autofocus with a focal length of 2.2.

Sound

The Google Pixel 7 pro provides you the dual loudspeakers with a stereo setup. But unfortunately, it doesn’t provide you with the 3.5mm audio jack.

Battery and Charging

The google pixel 7 pro comes with a big lithium-ion battery of 5000mah. The device also provides you the wired fast charging of 30W. This fast charging is not suitable for this price range because the other brands offer better fast charging options in this price range. It is advertised that device is 50% charged in half an hour. In addition to wired charging, the device provides you the wireless charging of 23W. The phone also supports reverse wireless charging.
